Sponsorship
Fr. Alex You Memorial School offers various scholarships to students in the Nursery, Primary, Secondary and Vocational classes. The sponsorship offered includes full and partial scholarships.
Single Orphan – A child who has lost one of the parents receives partial sponsorship of tuition only.
Double Orphan – A child who lost both parents receives full sponsorship of fees and other needs.
Needy Child – Children of parents with disability or of very poor parents receive partial sponsorship of tuition only.
Staff Biological Child – Every member of staff is entitled to partial sponsorship for one biological child.
Fourth Child – A fourth child in any of the Fr. Alex You Memorial School institutions receives partial sponsorship.
Management of the Scholarships
There is a scholarship committee consisting of the Executive Director, Headteachers, Chairman PTA and a community representative which is responsible for the assessment of applicants and awarding of the scholarship.
